Please join the discussion of topics applicable to our neighborhood. We have a website, specifically created for open discussions of issues important to each homeowner in Lake of the Pines.

It our hope that the Board may know each of your concerns and suggestions, in order to develop solutions that can be completed within the annual budget, and put them to a vote with priorities during the annual meeting. Already we have expenses in work for repairs to the fence along the highway, air leak in the aerator pump lines in the lake, and road repairs for pothole filling and surface treatment. We have a list of projects waiting for your vote to prioritize and initiate.
